Soy Sauce Substitute

 
 

2 T beef broth
1 T red wine vinegar
1 t. balsamic vinegar
2 t. molasses
1 t. sesame oil
1/8 t. garlic powder
black pepper to taste
1/4 c. boiling water

Combine all ingredients. Use within 3 or 4 days. Store in refrigerator. Makes 1/3 c.
