Global warming, greenhouse gasses, destruction of forests, pollution of oceans, air and land are destroying the habitat of lots of animals. Gorillas, elephants, pandas and the Florida Panther are facing extinction.
The International Union for the Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources has made a list of animals that are in danger of extinction. It’s called the Red List. A total of 15,589 species face extinction. That’s pretty sad news, isn’t it?
