Banana- Walnut Snack Cake
  to be used with SNACK CAKE MIX


1 egg
1/3 c. veg. oil
c. mashed rip banana
c. buttermilk, milk or water
c. chopped walnuts

1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Pour SNACK CAKE MIX into ungreased 8- or 9- inch-square baking pan; set aside.
3. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients, beating with a fork to blend.
4. Stir into SNACK CAKE MIX until blended.
5. Stir in nuts and raisin.
6. Bake 35 to 45 minutes until a wooden toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.

Cool. Makes 9 servings
