Gingerbread Snack Cake
  to be used with SNACK CAKE MIX


c. hot water
1/3 c. molasses
1 egg
1/3 c. veg. oil
1 t. ground cinnamon
1 t. ground ginger
t. ground cloves

1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Pour SNACK CAKE MIX into ungreased 8- or 9- inch-square baking pan; set aside.
3. In a medium bowl, combine egg, oil, cinnamon, ginger and cloves.
4. Beat with a fork to blend.
5. Stir into SNACK CAKE MIX until blended.
6. Stir in nuts and raisin.
7. Bake 35 to 45 minutes until a wooden toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.

Cool. Makes 9 servings
