Recipe makes a 1 pound loaf Place the following ingredients in the bread pan in the order listed: 1 c. + 1 T. water 3/4 t. salt 2 c. + 6 T. flour 2 t. yeast After placing the ingredients in the bread pan, place the bread pan in the bread machine. Select French Bread setting and start. After bread has cooked, remove from the bread machine and cool on a wire cooling rack. |
