Before we get you started on one specific explorer, let's take a look at several of these men and find out who they were. Use the link to the website on the right to search through several different explorers. Make sure you are looking at explorers that are dated between 1400-1600 CE. Find 3 explorers you are interested in and write them down on a separate piece of paper. Title this section "Explorers of Interest." For each explorer find out: where they are from/who sponsored their voyage, the target or goal of their exploration, and the time span of their voyage. |
