Dear Parents,
This week we have shared items that begin with the letter "Mm". We learned about "make believe" and read many traditional fairy tales that you read when you were a child.:) We hope you have enjoyed the projects the children brought home and will encourage your child to re-tell these stories to you.:)

Next week will be the letter "Nn" which brings us to the middle of the alphabet. At this point, Kindergarten-bound children should be able to identify the upper case letter and its sound from A to N. We will also begin our unit on Numbers. For assessments, the H-5 and 3-day students will need to name numbers 1-10 and count from 1-20. The 3-year old students will be asked to identify numbers 1-5 and count to 10. Any reinforcement you can do at home with your child would be a great help!

We would like to thank everyone who contributed to the Christmas Gift Certificate fund! We would also like to thank you so much for the thoughtful cards and gifts you shared with us! We are feel very blessed to be a part of your child's life!
