CONTEXTO: el webtask que se propone se enmarca en la asignatura de música en inglés. Está dirigida al alumnado de tercero de la ESO. El objetivo es aprender qué es el rock and roll, cuándo surgió, qué bandas han sido las más representativas y ser capaces de realizar una presentación oral sobre una de las bandas que ellos escojan. INTRODUCTION Ohhhh yeahhhh!!!! In this task you are going to study the greatest rock and roll bands that exist on the world. I'm sure that you have listen to your parents the typical history about the rock concert that they assist when they were 25. Ok, with this web task we get two objectives: on the one hand, you are going to learn about the rock and roll bands' history, their characteristics, the topic of their lyrics, etc. By the time, you are going to understand better your parents because you will know different bands and maybe you could assist to a concert together. For do this task, firstly we will learn some vocabulary and also some structures that you will use in your oral task. ACTIVITIES 1. To introduce in the rock and roll world, I would like to know how many things you know about this music genre. 2. Answer these questions with your partner: - Do you listen to rock music? - Do you like it? - Do you know anything about its history? - What is the last concert that you has gone? - Do you know the age that rock and roll was born? 3. Watch this video about the TOP 10 Greatest Rock Bands. After that, you will do a resume about the video and when you finished, you will send me. 4. Talk with your partner and choose one of the bands that has appeared in the video. You will do the Power Point about this band. 5.
