In this unit we are going to learn about food and the adjectives we use to describe it. Grammatically, we will learn to express quantity. Click on the links and do the activities included. 1) Click on this first link and do the preparation activity. Then read carefully about the different types of restaurants and check your understanding doing the matching and the multiple selection exercises. When you finish, we will have a little talk in the classroom. 2) Try to find all the words hidden in the grid. 3) After studying the quantifiers in the classroom, click on the third and fourth links and do the grammar exercises you will find in the page. 4) In order to do the final activity in this web task, click on the following link, play games and learn about the food pyramid. 5) In groups, make a menu for a week including 3 or 5 meals a day and taking into account what you have learnt in the previous link. |
