Yield: 8 pancakes Dry Ingredients • 1 1/4 c. flour, plain • 2 T. sugar • 1 t. b. p. • ½ t -. b.s. • 1/2 t. salt Wet Ingredients • 1 egg • 1 1/3 c. buttermilk • 1 T. oil • 1 t. vanilla Instructions 1. In a large bowl, whisk together dry ingredients 2. Add wet ingredients and mix well 3. Heat griddle and spray with non-stick cooking spray 4. Pour batter onto hot griddle 5. Cook until golden brown, about 3 minutes, flip and cook other side |
