As a G-suite administrator, you can change or transfer ownership of a Google doc. For example, if someone leaves your organization, you can transfer all the files they own to someone else. • Only file owned by a user can be shifted to another, who becomes the new owner.
• Existing shared documents will not affected by transfer.
• Google Maps and photos cannot be transferred.

• Sign in to the admin of Google console.
• Navigate to the Apps > G Suite > Drive and Docs.
• Select the Transfer Ownership option.
• Enter the current owner’s username and then choose the Transfer Files option.
