Rehearsals Rehearsals *The rehearsals for the show will run after school starting Monday, November 17. Basically, we're working with the cast as they are scheduled into three groups: *Speaking/Leading Characters *The Townspeople Ensemble (Those characters who are in the Village with Belle) *The Castle Ensemble (Those characters in the Castle with The Beast) *Most rehearsals will run Mondays,Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 3-4:30 or 5:00 Final Rehearsals Starting Monday, February 9- Entire Cast Starts coming EVERY DAY. Saturday, February 28- Cast comes in to try on costumes 9AM-12PM Monday and Tuesday, March 2 & 3- Dress Rehearsal- Entire Cast. 3:30-6:00PM Wednesday, March 4 - We will take a panoramic cast photo following our final dress rehearsal, so that day’s rehearsal will end around 6:30. Students are responsible for their own transportation home after rehearsals. NO OUTSIDE FOOD IS PERMITTED AT REHEARSALS PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE: *THURSDAY, March 5- 6:00 CAST AND CREW CALL; 7:00 PERFORMANCE; 9:00 CAST LEAVES *FRIDAY, March 6- 6:00 AST AND CREW CALL; 7:00 PERFORMANCE; 8:30-10:00 CAST AND CREW GATHERING *SATURDAY, March 7 - 1:00 AST AND CREW CALL FOR THE MATINEE PERFORMANCE; 2:00 PERFORMANCE; 3:30 CAST LEAVES. ALL FINAL WEEKS' REHEARSALS AND PERFORMANCES ARE REQUIRED. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU CAN MEET THIS REHEARSAL AND PERFORMANCE COMMITMENT BEFORE YOU TRYOUT FOR THE SHOW. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HONOR SCHEDULING CONFLICTS DURING THESE WEEKS. |
