Welcome to Ms. Carter's Sixth Grade Literacy site. This site includes links to additional information about the authors and genres of books to be read this year. There will be links to sites which offer information to assist you in the research process and additional activities to be completed in conjunction with the work done in class. I strongly recommend that each student purchase a jump drive for the purpose of research and projects. You can find inexpensive jump drives in the electronics department of many of stores. *If, in using this site, any inappropriate material is found, please inform Ms. Carter as soon as possible. Some sites may contain businesses offering information for purchase. These sites give useful free information! You are not required, nor are you being asked, to purchase anything from these sites. |
