The 2005 competitve portion of the State of Maine NCLB Title IID funds was used to bring the eMINTS project to qualifying schools. Schools were eligible on the basis of AYP status or financial need. eMINTS and MLTI share similar philosophies regarding the role of technology in education. Both believe in student-centered classrooms and the importance of well-trained, motivated educators. |
