We read aloud to our first grade buddies in Mrs. Tubbs' room. We invited our secretary, Mrs. Johnson, and our principal, Mrs. Shaw to come to our class to read a favorite story. Some of us even brought our slippers to school to get comfy with a good book or favorite magazine throughout the day.
