Homework Schedule for Monday, March 12 to Monday, March 19
Monday - choose a topic with your family
Tuesday - Library Day: we’ll get materials to send home if our school has books on your topic. Homework is to read up on your topic and find other materials to help you with your speech.
Wednesday - Outline your speech using the basic ideas you want to cover. Begin planning your poster, demonstration, and/or model.
Thursday - Add the details to your speech, practice it several times. Work on your poster, demonstration, and/or model.
Friday - Practice your speech! Finish up your project. (This is one of the VERY FEW TIMES we have had weekend homework.)

Wednesday - makeup speeches in case of absence

Habitats or Biomes (and the plants/animals that live in them)
How Microscopes Work
Earth Science
How Earth’s Rotation Causes Night and Day
How Telescopes Work
Stars (types, constellations)
How Different Types of Rocks Are Formed
Recycling or Reusing Materials
Weather
How Different Landforms Are Created
