I am thrilled to be back at St.Elizabeth's School full- time! I'm looking forward to a wonderful year with both my 8th graders and the new 7th graders.

I have included a book list that contains books appropriate for either 8th or 7th grade book reports. You may read other books, but please come check them out with me first - I expect them to be historically relevant, not merely popular or current fiction. They should also be age-appropriate.
I have included guidelines for the Presentations each grade level will do each quarter, as well as suggested topics. As with the book list, anything on this biographical list will be accepted; if it is off-list, please check first. I do not consider pop icons, celebrities, musical performers or sports stars to be historically relevant.
Occasionally I will add a homework assignment here. I have always already given the assignment in class - this is merely to explain in more detail or make it easier to access for students away from school. It is not meant to be an all-inclusive list.
