The Scientific Method

To conduct an experiment for the Rockport Heights Science Fair, students must ensure that all of the steps of the Scientific Method are clearly identified in their projects. The Scientific Method is made up of seven main parts.

1.  State The Problem.

2. Make Observations/Research.

3.Write a Hypothesis.

4. Test the Hypothesis/Design an Experiment.

5. Record Data

6. Analyze Data

7.  Draw Conclusions.
