Accelerated Reader is a self-paced computerized reading program that tests reading comprehension. It is used by half the school districts in the nation. Students read within there tested level and take computerized comprehension quizzes. As quizzes are passed, reading levels rise and reading increases. A school-wide incentive plan is being created by staff this school year. Many of our library books are Accelerated Reader titles and are labeled for student convenience. Many titles on your own bookshelf are AR titles as well.
