DIRECTIONS This worksheet represents the first persuasive writing you have done in this unit. This assignment is the starter from which a larger paper will arise. Use sites three through seven to help complete this assignment in a Word document. The paper must be double spaced and in MLA format. PROMPT Persuade the author of the novel to change the title of the novel from My Antonia to Jim Burden, or persuade her to continue to use the title in its current form. Use the second site on the track for ideas on appropriate graphic organizers and the third site for help with persuasive writing.
