This week we will finalize Unit 2 (The School) chapters 2, 3 and 4), talk about the courses we study, the grades we receive, the time, describe the teachers, make comparison to Hispanic schools, and talk about after school activities using Ir+ a + lugar and Ir + a + verb.

Voy a la fiesta de san Valentín/ I

Voy al centro comercial después de las clases./ I am going to the mall after classes.

Project option 1: Choose a chapter ( 6, 2, 3, 4) of your choice and create a study guide, a PowerPoint, a board game, a pictionary, a pop up book, flash cards, jeopardy, or a unique activity using at least 30 vocabulary. Remember you can draw or cut/ paste pictures from Newspapers or magazines to illustrate vocabulary.

Project option 2: Create a game, lesson, song, rap, book, PowerPoint, poster board presentation, or a unique activity using the following: me gusta p. 369-70, ser p. 50, tener p.161, 163, tener + que + infinitive and ir + a + infinitive 163. Remember you can draw or cut/ paste pictures from Newspapers or magazines to illustrate vocabulary.

Project option 3: Create an activity, PowerPoint, pop up book, pictionary, flash cards, game, poem, rap or song to teach someone what you learned about telling time in Spanish. Remember you can draw or cut/ paste pictures from Newspapers or magazines to illustrate vocabulary.

complete a written and oral in-class project on the family and your school.
