UPCOMING EVENTS: May 11th Tour of the Middle School for students STUDENTS MUST TURN IN PERMISSION FORM!! May 12 CHAMPS Celebrations-STUDENTS MUST TURN IN MONEY AND FORM CHAMPS projects due May 2 There will be no paper copies of progress reports so parents should make sure they have access to Powerschool to view their child's grades. You can use last year's password or come by the office to pick one up. Remember to collect pop tops and complete your Friends booklets for 4-H. Community service project this month is collecting coats for those in need. REMINDERS: Fifth grade students will be learning to play the recorder this year in Music class. Recorders will be sold in the Media Center for $4.75 each. Students are not required to purchase a recorder. If they do not buy their own, they will use a clean, sterilized school recorder during Music Class. Planners are to be filled out and signed by an adult by Wednesday. Students are to write assignments, tests, and any work they need to finish from class. All graded papers go home on Mondays in folder. Please return the folder on Tuesday.
