  Velocity

 
 

Velocity - Description of a moving object’s speed and direction. If either speed or direction changes, the velocity changes.


Acceleration - The change of an object’s velocity with time. An object can accelerate without a change in speed (constant speed).

Affects on Acceleration:
- a change in speed ( increase or decrease)
- a change in direction

There are 3 Types of Acceleration:
1) + faster
2) - slower
3) 0 zero, not changing
