We like to sing "Pizza, Pizza, Daddy-o". We have learned how to write so-mi and la on the staff. During the first 9 weeks we have worked on beat/rhythm and now we are studying melody. We had a lot of fun singing the Alvin and the Chipmonks" song on the Christmas program. Folk dancing has been part of our curriculum this year and we enjoy "Shake Them Simmons Down". After Christmas we started making a book come to life. "A Very Noisy Night" is now being acted out, sung, and accompanied with sound effects. |
