What Kind of Volcano Am I?

Volcano Project
Science Standard 1: Plate Tectonics

The Ring of Fire around the Pacific Ocean is so named because of all the volcanoes that have sprouted from tectonic plate motion and convergent boundaries.

Your task is to choose a volcano located on the Ring of Fire, and make a model of it.

Your challenge is to make your model true to the type of volcano of your chosen mountain. There are three types of volcanoes, and each erupts in a distinctive manner. Your model should look like the real volcano, the way it looks today.

SPECIAL NOTES:
~ NO Explosions!
~ Erupting models are okay, as long as the model is set in a tray that will catch any spillage.
~ NO store bought models accepted.
