Volcano Type
Volcano Elevation
Reason for Existing (type of tectonic plate boundary)
Where in the world it is located – country, state, which side of the ocean, etc.
When it last erupted and the consequences of that eruption (if information is available)
Whether it is an active, dormant or extinct volcano (will it erupt any time soon?)
How you made your model – materials, process, time spent, etc.
Any interesting facts you learned about volcanoes from your research (use the provided links)
